Q. Do we have to pay upfront for Practice Partners’ services?
“No the fact the Practice Partners align their commercial interests with each Super Partnership means that they only start earning money when we do. For example 12 months on some of the partners here feel a sense of awkwardness due to the fact that Practice Partners has been working with us for a year now and have helped us to achieve so much but as of yet we haven’t paid them anything – as the commercially aligned interests mean they get paid when we begin to put their work into practice and begin to grow.”

“GPs are comfortable with having people ‘drop-in’ to help eg accountants and solicitors but not continually working with them so closely and for so many years as with Practice Partners. The payment structure and longer term nature of the relationship is what is different but also what makes it work.”
